Join the Zero Beverage Container Waste Campaign!
We invite consumers,
environmental, consumer and public interest organizations,
state and local government agencies, businesses, public and elected officials, educational institutions, socially responsible investors, beverage producers, and retailers who share our vision of a “waste-free,” sustainable society, to join us in bringing national attention to the global environmental impacts of making more than 135 billion new beverage containers each year from virgin materials.
There are three things you can do to join the Zero Beverage Container Waste campaign:
Express your support
Let us know that you believe in Zero Beverage Container Waste, and spread the word to your friends, neighborhood, and other organizations (You can start by distributing copies of this handy brochure that explains what ZBCW is all about: PDF, 485kb). The more people who embrace ZBCW, the more successful the campaign will be! Organizations and other groups that endorse ZBCW will be listed on our website as one of the 2020 Visionaries.

Send a contribution
Financial support is what keeps this campaign running. Every donation sent to the Zero Beverage Container Waste campaign is used to help keep the public informed about beverage container waste and what they can do about it. All donors will also be listed as one of the Zero Beverage Container Waste Contributors.

Take action!
By far the single best thing you can do to promote Zero Beverage Container Waste is to start reducing beverage container waste yourself! Get a whole group (organization, workplace, even city!) involved. Set a goal for no waste by 2020 (or sooner if you can manage it!) and do something concrete to reduce waste right now (View a sample ZBCW resolution). And then let us know! You will be listed as one of the Zero Beverage Container Waste Leaders.
