CalRecycle’s beverage container recycling program is one of the largest in the world, and nearly one-fifth of all the beverage containers recycled in the US are recycled through CalRecycle’s program. Financially, the program requires management of more than $1.2 billion in revenues annually, and includes the participation of thousands of redemption centers, beverage manufacturers and distributors, and many other stakeholders. Join this webinar as CRI gives a brief background on CalRecycle’s Beverage Container Recycling Fund current financial status and provides insight on the California state auditor’s report. We will also provide financial implications of the updated recycling rate, and other CRI financial analysis of the program.

CRI’s Susan Collins will present on the aforementioned topics.
