January 14th, 2020 - Container Recycling Institute president Susan Collins testified to the California Senate Environmental Quality Committee on SB 372. She urged lawmakers to address the immediate need to increase payments to redemption centers in the state to prevent further closures, and to ensure consumers can get their refunds.
